1. Nevsun Premier Pool League in partnership with Witbrand Agencies invites interested individuals and/or organizations to tender for the provision of venue(s) for holding Chairman’s Cup group finals.
2. It is the responsibility of all tenderers to ensure that their tender is posted not later than the 8^th of May 2024 at 2000hrs on the Councilors Forum.
3. The games shall be played on the 11^th of May 2024 and 8 clubs will be at the same venue.
4. The specific requirements and conditions for hosting are as follows: 
   1. Minimum bid should be US$180 and counter bids should be US$40.
   2. A minimum of 4 standard tables at the venue and provision of tokens for all games.
   3. Provision of adequate lighting for both the playing and non-playing areas.
   4. Standby generator to ensure continuous availability of lighting.
   5. Interested persons must inform their Councilors and start preparing for bidding.
   6. Winners will be announced soon after bidding closes.
5. Winners of tenders should deposit their bids to NPPL TG, Mr. Bushu (+263 772 743 902) on or before 10 May 2024.
